at Podere i Prati

The retreat can either be divided in two apartments called “MARTINI” and “NEGRONI” or become ONE HOLIDAY HOME  for 8 people to rent INCLUDING the entire GARDEN  and SWIMMING POOL.
In 2007 the house was renovated respecting eco principles wherever possible.
Sustainability and the use of environmentally friendly materials were always foremost in our minds.
We try to save precious resources such as water and electricity by using energy mostly generated by our solar cells and by using the rainwater we collect to irrigate our vegetable garden.
